This photo, provided by a hotel, shows captured CCTV footage of a 41-year-old Chinese man (in the red circle) escaping the hotel, designated by the government as a temporary quarantine facility for entrants from China, at around 10:07 p.m. on Jan. 3, 2023, after testing positive for COVID-19 upon entering South Korea via Incheon International Airport, west of Seoul.
