IVE to drop pre-release track "BANG BANG" from 2nd album

SEOUL, Feb. 9 (Yonhap) -- K-pop girl group IVE will release "BANG BANG," a pre-release track from its second full-length album, at 6 p.m. Monday, its agency Starship Entertainment said.

"BANG BANG" delivers a message of independence, encouraging listeners to move forward with confidence based on their own choices without yielding to others’ opinions or rumors.

“IVE has previously conveyed a message of self-confidence centered on ‘me,’ and later expanded its perspective to communicate with the public through empathy and solidarity,” Starship said. 

“With this new song, the group talks about an independent attitude toward life and foreshadows the direction and new narrative to be further developed in its upcoming album, ‘REVIVE+.’”

IVE is set to release its second full-length album, "REVIVE+," on March 23.
