
Traditional Korean red bean porridge
A group of volunteers places egg-shaped dumplings on red bean porridge, called "patjuk," at a facility of the Korean National Red Cross in Ansan, 30 kilometers south of Seoul, on Dec. 20, 2022, as they prepare to provide impoverished people with the food two days ahead of "Dongji," or the winter solstice.
