N. Korea issues new stamps in celebration of new year
This photo, captured from the homepage of the North's Korea Stamp Corp. on Dec. 31, 2022, shows the design of a new stamp that features a Hwasong-17 intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) unveiled during a large-scale military parade held in April to mark the 90th anniversary of the North Korean People's Army.
