SEOUL, July 28 (Yonhap) --Seogi, the top 10 singer of JTBC's "Sing Again 2" came back with a healing song for those who are tired.

"I'm so nervous that I can hear my heart beat so loud," said Seogi, at the media showcase for the digital single "Nap" at Seoul, Yongsan on Thursday.

"Nap" is a song that combines the emotional electronic piano melody with the clear high notes of the Seogi. Singer and guitarist Jukjae took over the guitar performance to enhance the song's perfection.

"It'd be great for parents of young children to sing this song as a lullaby as their children take a nap," said Seogi.

At the showcase, Seogi also showed a little dance of BTS' "I need you."

"I became a fan after seeing the choreography of BTS, but I liked Jimin's dance lines so much that he became my favorite," she shyly smiled.

Seogi began to gain attention as she got into top 10 of JTBC's "Sing Again 2." Lee Sun-hee, who was the judge commented, "she has the vocals that is hard to find today."

"There was a convenience store in front of my house that I often went to, and as the boss counted, he repeated '64,64' (Seogi's paricipation number when she appeared in Sing Again 2)," she laughed. "He kept on asking (if I was Seogi) and when I told him that I was, he was so happy for me, so that was really cool."

However, as she gained more attention, the pressure on the new song became bigger.

"I was very worried about 'what if I won't be able to meet people's expectations'," said Seogi. "But I tried my best not to think about it because I thought it would be better for my mental health if I concentrated on making music instead."

"I was very moved as I saw (IU's) lyrics." she said, selecting IU as a role model. "As I look at her, it makes me want to develop more."

When asked if there was any singer she would like to collaborate with, she answered, "I want to try various genres, so I'd love to work with rapper GiriBoy. I think it'd be fun."
