SEOUL, Dec. 7 (Yonhap) -- Ambassadors of the international non-governmental organization Global Civic Sharing, married couple Ji So-yeon and actor Song Jae-hee, announced on Wednesday that they will hold a concert to benefit children in Rwanda.

The concert that will be held at Our Loving Church, located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on December 10 is to raise funds for cafeteria food in Guhunika, Rwanda, where Global Civic Sharing started their business in 2020, in order to increase the basic education of elementary students.

The married couple visited Rwanda for their honeymoon in October of 2017 while participating in the NGO program, which supports children of developing countries.  They have been holding events every couple of years to support Rwanda.

The couple received a Certificate of Appreciation from Yasmin D. AMRI SUED, an official from the Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda.

Song Jae-hee said, "It will be a heartwarming time where you can participate to help people and also receive gifts."
