SEOUL, June 15 (Yonhap) -- The 32nd Keochang International Festival of Theatre will be held from July 22nd to August 5th, according to the Geochang Cultural Foundation, Wednesday.
The slogan of this year’s festival, which will involve 56 organizations from eight countries, is "Begin Again.”
The opening performance will be held on a special stage of Geochang Suseungdae under the theme of "A Dream of a Midsummer Night in Geochang” (translated title) and participants and local artists will participate together.
The foundation explained that high-quality works including the theatrical troupe Golmokgil’s “Seoul of Liberation,” are prepared for the festival.
There will also be a performance by Daniel Irizarry, an American film director, and actor.
The festival will be full of various attractions such as the family play "King’s Egg" (translated title) and "Hansel and Gretel" that the whole family can enjoy during the holiday season.
