SEOUL, June 8 (Yonhap) -- Rookie boy group TREND will make a comeback on Wednesday with a second mini-album "BLUE SET Chapter 2. CHOICE."
The new album will drop for the first time in 5 months since TRENDZ's debut album "BLUE SET Chapter 1. TRACKS" was released early this year.
The album will consist of 5 diverse songs including the title song "WHO [吼]," "AWAKE," "CLIQUE," "re : daybreak," and "FOREVER MORE."
The members of TRENDZ participated in writing all the songs in this album.
TRENDZ, which debuted in January this year, is a 7-member boy group consisting of members Havit, Leon, Yoonwoo, Hankook, ra.L, Eunil, and Yechan. The team name holds the meaning of leading the trend of Gen Z.
TRENDZ shared their ambition of wanting to be called an "irreplaceable group" at the media showcase held on Wednesday.
Member Hankook said that he wanted to "enter the top 10 of the music show with this album," and promised, "If we achieve the goal, we will wear outfits our fans want and film a choreography video."
