SEOUL, Jan. 7 (Yonhap) – CGV, the largest multiplex cinema chain in South Korea, will be broadcasting the special exhibition of the kickoff of the 2023 season of League of Legends (LoL) Champions Korea (LCK) live.
In the special match to be held at LCK Arena in Jongno-gu, Seoul at 6:30 P.M. on Jan. 10, Player Lee Sang-hyuk, also known as “Faker,” and Kim Hyuk-kyu, “Deft,” who competed against each other in the 2022 LoL World Championship (LoL Cup) final, will each team up to face off.
CGV will broadcast the game at more than 30 theaters nationwide, including Yongsan I’Park Mall, Incheon, Daejeon, and Cheonan Pentaport.
