Busan One Asia Festival to mark 10th anniversary in June with K-culture experiences

SEOUL, March 10 (Yonhap) -- The "2026 Busan One Asia Festival" (BOF), a global K-culture festival, will be held for two days from June 27 at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium, organizers said Tuesday.

First launched in 2016, BOF will celebrate its 10th edition this year. Nol Universe will serve as the official sponsor in charge of ticket sales and distribution.

This year’s festival will be organized as an experiential global event combining large-scale K-pop concerts with beauty, fashion and food programs.

The event will feature K-pop performances by artists with strong fandoms, along with a variety of multi-genre shows, including hip-hop, band performances and special events.

Visitors will also be able to enjoy a range of programs such as K-content pop-up exhibitions and hands-on experiences, as well as K-culture talk shows linked with startup forums.

On the final day of the event, June 28, K-pop boy group RIIZE will take the stage as the headlining act.

The festival will also operate various K-content pop-up exhibition zones in connection with a K-pop support program run by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Visitors will be able to enter the venue earlier to experience Korean Wave content before the concerts begin.

Official ticket reservations will open next month through the NOL, NOL Ticket and NOL World platforms.

Ahead of the main festival, a free public music event titled "Park Concert" will be held at 6 p.m. on June 20 at Hwamyeong Ecological Park, allowing audiences of all ages to attend without advance reservations.
