SEOUL, May 13 (Yonhap) -- Lotte Entertainment announced on Tuesday that "The Holy Night: Demon Hunters," an occult action film starring Ma Dong-seok, has been sold to 107 countries worldwide.
The movie is already being screened for local audiences in countries such as the United States, Canada, Singapore, Australia, and Vietnam, and is set to premiere in the United Kingdom on the 23rd.
Purple Plan, the distributor handling Malaysia and Indonesia, stated, “We are delighted to present this film—starring Ma Dong-seok, well-known for his powerful action—to audiences around the world. It’s a unique work that boldly combines occult horror with intense action.”
Released in Korea on April 30, the film follows the journey of Ba-woo (played by Ma Dong-seok), Sharon (Seohyun), and Kim Gun (Lee David) as they confront a group of evil forces disrupting the city, which has fallen into chaos due to a cult that worships darkness.
