NRICH publishes '2021 Journal of Korean Archaeology'

SEOUL November 05 (Yonhap) -- The National Research Institute of Cultural Heritage, shortened NRICH, published the Korean and English edition of the 2021 Journal of Korean Archaeology which includes 31 of the significant outcomes highlighted by the media, addressed NRICH on Saturday.

According to the NRICH throughout the nation over 1894 different investigations were conducted on buried cultural heritage sites in 2021.

The publishing includes, the Paleolithic Maedun Cave in Jeongseon to the Donggung Area in Gyeongbokgung Palace of the Joseon Period, were included

Moreover the journal includes detailed description of “The Metal Culture of Joseon within an Earthenware Jar,” “The Hangeul movable metal types from Joseon discovered in the Gongpyeong District, Seoul and more.

Throughout the journal QR codes will be included for those readers who want to watch the video of public viewing session.

The “Journal of Korean Archaeology” will be published in English and Korean version, and will be distributed to national and public libraries and related research organizations in and outside of the country.
