SEOUL, May 8 (Yonhap) — Artist Group, a comprehensive entertainment company in which actor Lee Jung-jae is a major shareholder, announced Thursday it has begun full-scale planning and development for Season 2 of the hit drama “Reborn Rich.”

The upcoming season will depict stories of ambition, success, and romance set against the backdrop of a global corporation, expanding the universe of the original series with new characters and narratives.

The project is being led by Artist Company, a talent management firm under Artist Group, with its production subsidiary Artist Studio in charge of both production and IP development. Artist Studio acquired drama production company RaemongRaein last year, which co-produced the original 2022 broadcast of “Reborn Rich.”

“This project is a strategic content offering aimed at the global market,” said an Artist Company official. “From the early planning stages, the storylines and characters have been developed with international audiences in mind.”
