SEOUL, Jan. 31 (Yonhap) -- South Korean veteran singer Yoon Jong-shin will drop the January issue of his monthly music project, titled “Monthly Yoon,” his agency Mystic Story announced.
“Third Party (translated)” is a song about a man who continues to step back and stay as her friend, depicting an ironic situation in which he knows her so well that he cannot become her lover.
The Singer expressed the complex emotions that a man may feel by keeping his distance moderately from her. “It is a song that Yoon Jong-shin had brought into life by giving a twist to the angle one would observe this couple’s relationship,” his agency explained.
Yoon Jong-shin said, “I think I may have long supposed that a man and a woman cannot be friends,” adding, “I started working on this song with the insight that we may have unintentionally simplified the types of relationships that people have with one another, which are actually as diverse as one’s characters and personalities.”
Yoon Jong-shin is a South Korean singer-songwriter and record producer.
