Scholar acquitted of defamation charges over comfort women

Lew Seok-choon, a former Yonsei University professor, appears at the Seoul Western District Court on Jan. 24, 2024, to hear the verdict for his trial over his alleged defamation of Korean victims of Japan's wartime sexual slavery.
