S. Koreans repatriated from Cambodia over alleged scam crimes

A man from a group of 73 South Koreans allegedly involved in online scam operations is taken to a police station in Hongseong, South Chungcheong Province, central South Korea, on Jan. 23, 2026, after they were repatriated from Cambodia the same day following a joint investigation between South Korean and Cambodian police.
