World Scout Jamboree opens

The organizing committee for the 25th World Scout Jamboree gives a briefing in Buan, about 204 kilometers south of Seoul, on Aug. 1, 2023, as the international event will kick off later in the day in Saemangeum, a reclaimed area in the western coastal county, for a 12-day run. (Yonhap)
