Prime Minister Kim Min-seok speaks during a ceremony at the Peace Park in the city of Jeju on South Korea's largest island of the same name on April 3, 2026, to mark the 78th anniversary of paying tribute to victims of a 1948-1954 massacre caused by an ideological rift between residents of Jeju Island and the mainland government.
