N. Korea marks armistice anniversary

North Korean Defense Minister Kang Sun-nam and other military top brass visit the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun in Pyongyang on July 26, 2023, to pay tribute to North Korea's founder, Kim Il-sung, and late leader Kim Jong-il to mark the 70th anniversary the next day of the signing of the armistice that halted the 1950-53 Korean War, in this photo released by the North's official Korean Central News Agency the next day.
