Ex-South Gyeongsang governor

Former South Gyeongsang Province Gov. Kim Kyoung-soo arrives at Incheon International Airport, west of Seoul, on June 14, 2024, to head for Britain. Kim, who is currently studying in London, returned home briefly last month to attend a memorial for the late President Roh Moo-hyun. He was released from prison without reinstatement on a special pardon on Dec. 28, 2022, while serving a two-year prison term for online opinion rigging ahead of the presidential election in 2017.
