Oh My Girl's Arin donates 30 mln for underprivileged kids on her birthday

SEOUL, June 18 (Yonhap) -- Arin, a member of K-pop girl group Oh My Girl, donated 30 million won to a charity called "The Beautiful Foundation" on the 18th in celebration of her birthday, announced her agency WM Entertainment.

The donations will be used to help preventing eviction for underage families and children living alone.

"I decided to make this donation on my birthday to return the love I received from my members and fans who were with me from my teenage years to adulthood," Arin said. "I hope it will somehow support young children who have to live in this society alone."
