Stabbing rampage suspect sent to prosecutors
Cho Seon (C), a 33-year-old man who allegedly fatally stabbed a complete stranger in his 20s and then attacked three other men in a stabbing rampage, is taken out of a police station in Seoul on July 28, 2023, as he is sent to prosecutors on charges of murder and attempted murder.
