SEOUL, April 15 (Yonhap) -- While the competition between new weekend dramas is rising, tvN's "Our Blues,” a series in an omnibus format, is taking the lead.

SBS’s “Again My Life” and JTBC’s “My Liberation Notes,” which began to air on the same week as “Our Blues,” received only 720,000 views and 830,000 views, respectively.
MBC’s “Tomorrow,” which began airing a week earlier than the three dramas, recorded about 2.6 million cumulative views.

The series also portrayed characters including a trucker Lee Dong-seok (Lee Byung-hun) and Min Seon-ah (Shin Min-a) who hurt Lee in the past. Lee Young-ok, a haenyeo (woman diver) from land (Han Ji-min), and captain Park Jeong-joon (Kim Woo-bin), who likes Lee, also appeared in the show, raising the expectations of the viewers.
