SEOUL, Dec. 24 (Yonhap) -- Kakao Games announced on Friday that it will officially release its new mobile game "Eversoul," which is created by Nine Ark, in both domestic and global markets on January 5.

EverSoul is a mobile collection-type role-playing game (RPG) in the fantasy worldview which collects and fosters a girl characters "Jeongryeong" implemented in 3D graphics.

Kakao Games unveiled Eversoul's worldview and system through a special program video featuring CEO of Nine Arc, Lee Gun, and producer Kim Chul-hee the previous day.

In the video, the production team introduced a story of how players communicate directly with the characters and interact as if they lovers, a strategic real-time combat system, and "Maze" and "Hywe-ryang of memory" where the stage composition changes randomly in each round.

Kakao Games announced that Eversoul's global pre-booking has exceeded 1.3 million on Google Play and Apple App Store.
