Choi Soo-young, Gong Myung Cast in tvN's Rom-Com Kdrama 'Extremely Sensible Alcoholic'

SEOUL, Feb. 4 (Yonhap) -- Actors Choi Soo-young and Gong Myung will star in tvN's upcoming romance drama Extremely Sensible Alcoholic, the network announced on Tuesday.

Choi Soo-young takes on the role of Han Geum-joo, a skilled auto mechanic of 10 years and a devoted drinker, while Gong Myung plays Seo Eui-joon, a local health clinic director who despises alcohol.

Veteran actors Kim Sung-ryung and Kim Sang-ho will portray Geum-joo’s parents, with Jo Yoon-hee as her older sister, Han Hyun-joo.

The drama follows Geum-joo’s struggle to quit drinking after reuniting with her first love, Eui-joon. Extremely Sensible Alcoholic is set to premiere on tvN in the first half of this year.
