SEOUL, May 7 (Yonhap) -- Netflix said Thursday it will premiere the original series "Teach You a Lesson," starring actors Kim Mu-yeol and Lee Sung-min, on June 5.
Based on the webtoon of the same title, the series follows inspectors from the Teachers' Rights Protection Bureau, an organization established under the Ministry of Education to safeguard Korea's education system, as they are dispatched to troubled schools to punish unruly students and parents.
Kim plays Na Hwa-jin, an inspector who resolves problems at schools in his own way, while Lee portrays Education Minister Choi Kang-seok, who founded the Teachers' Rights Protection Bureau.
Actress Jin Ki-joo takes on the role of Lim Han-rim, a former special forces soldier turned bureau inspector, and Pyo Ji-hoon plays Bong Geun-dae, a genius administrative officer at the bureau.
