SEOUL, March 24 (Yonhap) -- Lotte Shopping said Tuesday its e-commerce platform Lotte ON is running a collaboration promotion between its beauty vertical app “Twiz” and beauty brand “Dermafix” through March 29.
Twiz has been expanding partnerships with beauty brands by leveraging its social media-based beauty trend analysis features.
The latest event is being held with premium collagen-focused brand “Dermafix,” which has recently gained popularity on social media for its collagen packs. Best-selling products, including the “Original Humal Collagen Program” and “Perfect Real Performance Collagen Mask Pack,” are being offered at discounts of up to 75 percent. Exclusive sets available only on Lotte ON have also been prepared. Customers purchasing select items will receive a complimentary 50ml bottle of the “Real Collagen Tension-Up Ampoule Cream,” valued at 50,000 won.
A one-day live broadcast event is also scheduled for March 25, offering additional discounts during the stream. Customers who make purchases during the broadcast will receive full-size “Real Collagen Tension-Up Ampoule Cream” and a “Slow Aging 312 Shot Needle Roller” as giveaways.
Customers who verify their purchases through comments will be entered into a draw, with 60 winners receiving either a “Water Veil Sun Cream” or a “Pore Priming Sun Cream,” along with a sun holder keyring. Content created in collaboration with beauty influencers, including Sol A, will also be released, offering product usage guides and skincare tips.
Twiz is a personalized beauty platform that combines social media beauty content with artificial intelligence-based recommendation technology. Reflecting the content consumption patterns of users in their 20s and 30s, it connects product discovery directly to purchases. Since its launch, the app has quickly gained users, ranking among the top shopping apps on the Google Play Store.
Leveraging these strengths, Twiz has been expanding collaborations with beauty brands seeking to strengthen their social media marketing. Last year, it held exclusive promotions with brands such as “Farnell” and “Growus” by Eleven Corporation, a prospective unicorn company. It also drew attention with trial events for products from “Quarter Note,” Lotte ON’s exclusive beauty brand.
Jung Yeo-ul, head of the Twiz team, said the collaboration with Dermafix offers a variety of benefits, including Lotte ON-exclusive products.
“We will continue to expand partnerships with brands gaining popularity on social media, while enhancing Twiz as a beauty-specialized platform that recommends products tailored to users’ preferences,” she said.
