Jin Sun-kyu chosen as 2nd President of the Alumni Association of Korea National University of Arts

SEOUL, May 14 (Yonhap) — Korea National University of Arts announced that the alumni association of the school elected actor Jin Sun-kyu as the second chairman of the alumni association, Saturday.

The school’s General Alumni Association held a general meeting on May 12th and elected Jin Sun-kyu, a third-term graduate of the theater institute, as the new president of the alumni association.

Jin said, "I was quietly in the practice room even when I was in school, but I feel burdened to take such a big seat," adding, "I'm not good enough, but I'll try to exchange and cooperate with alumni."

Jin made his name known through the movies "The Outlaws" and "Extreme Job" while pursuing acting careers in theater and musicals in Daehangno, and has recently been active in TV dramas such as "Through the Dark."
