This photo taken Feb. 9, 2023, shows a black sheet-covered fishing boat, the Cheongbo, being towed in waters off Sinan, South Jeolla Province, southwestern South Korea, on its way toward a shipyard in the province's Mokpo after it was salvaged the previous day following its overturning on Feb. 4. Three crew members were rescued by another boat at the scene and five others were found dead, while the other four were unaccounted for. (Yonhap)
