This photo, captured from the X account of Rocket Lab, a U.S. aerospace manufacturer and launch service provider, shows South Korea's first homegrown earth observation nanosatellite (top), named NEONSAT-1, loaded onto Rocket Lab's lightweight Electron orbital rocket on April 22, 2024, ahead of its launch, along with the Advanced Composite Solar Sail System created by the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration, in Mahia, New Zealand, at around 10:08 a.m., April 24 (local time). The endeavor, named "Beginning Of The Swarm," is a component of South Korea's ambition to establish a satellite constellation by 2027. (Yonhap)
