Emergency steps against truckers' planned strike

Soldiers hang banners carrying the phrase "an emergency transport vehicle of the transport ministry" on trucks at the Inland Container Depot, a logistics hub, in Uiwang, 25 kilometers south of Seoul, on Nov. 23, 2022, one day ahead of a nationwide strike by unionized truckers belonging to the militant Korean Confederation of Trade Unions.
