Honoring late U.S. colonel, 'father of war orphans'
A memorial to honor the late U.S. Air Force Col. Dean Hess takes place in front of his monument at the Jeju Aerospace Museum on South Korea's southern Jeju Island on May 11, 2023, on the occasion of the eighth anniversary of his death.
