S. Korea slaps sanctions on N. Korea

Lee Joon-il, the foreign ministry's director-general for North Korean nuclear affairs, gives a briefing on South Korea's first independent sanctions on North Korea's cryptocurrency theft and other illicit cyber activities at the ministry in Seoul on Feb. 10, 2023, while displaying pamphlets in Korean and English on such acts.
