'Myohyeonrye' ritual to be reenacted

This 2022 photo, provided by the cultural heritage administration on April 20, 2023, shows "Myohyeonrye," a Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910) ritual, in which queens or crown princesses report their wedding to Jongmyo Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site housing the spirit tablets of the former kings and queens, after they got married.
