N.K. ceremony to build regional development factory

A groundbreaking ceremony takes place in Rakwon, South Hamgyong Province, northeastern North Korea, on Feb. 5, 2026, to mark the start of construction of a factory to be built under North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's regional development policy, in this photo released by the North's official Korean Central News Agency the next day.
