Prosecution seeks arrest warrant for opposition leader

On Feb. 16, 2023, the prosecution requested the Seoul Central District Court issue an arrest warrant for Lee Jae-myung, head of the main opposition Democratic Party, on breach of duty, third-party bribery and other charges.
