Top court's int'l conference
Supreme Court Chief Justice Cho Hee-dae addresses the opening ceremony of the Sejong International Judicial Conference at a hotel in Seoul on Sept. 22, 2025. The two-day conference is themed on the legal philosophy and judicial accessibility of King Sejong the Great, the fourth monarch of the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910) who created the Korean alphabet Hangeul in 1446.
