K-pop boy group P1Harmoney returns with fifth mini album 'Harmony: Set In'

SEOUL November 30 (Yonhap) -- “One day, I would like to be a singer who motivates one to dream of becoming a K-pop artist” addressed Keeho of P1Harmony throughout the interview conducted for the release of the release of fifth mini album “Harmony: Set In” at the head quarter of FNC entertainment located in Seoul on Wednesday.

Throughout the interview members of the group addressed “Getting the crowd to go say wow when we get on the stage is our ultimate goal as a group.”

Followed by the title track “Back Down,” pop dance genre of movie “BFF,” Hip Hop based track “One and Only,” incorporating the meaning of showing one’s unique color, medium pop ballad track “Backpacking” and in total of six tracks are included within the fifth mini album.

Members Jongseob and Intak participated in writing the lyrics for all six tracks included within the album.

Title track “Back Down” withholds a message of never backing out of any given situation and plow through as a group. Like the title of the album states, “Back Down” incorporates group members motivation and will to create harmony together.

Intak of P1Harmony addressed “I think we as a group have stronger color to show to our fans,” adding “Therefore we have different mindset towards our comeback, with our fifth mini album I hope we will take another step towards success.”

Moreover, Theo of P1Harmony stated “This is the first time all six of our members were satisfied with the outcome of music video,” adding “Through our comeback I hope we increase the size of our fandom, if people notice who we are and know about us, I think that’s a great improvement and success I think we aimed for with the album.”

P1Harmony released a single album in the United States in early 2022, and successfully kicked off their United States tour including eight of the cities including New York and Los Angeles. Also the group appeared on the famous American Tv show “Kelly Clarkson show” and showcased their title track “Back Down.”

“When we were on tour majority of the audiences were those who are not familiar with Korean language, however they have managed to sing along to our song word by word,” adding “I don’t believe in barriers within the field of music. The energy I have received throughout the concert was very impressive and heartwarming.” stated Keeho throughout the interview.

Moreover, group member Theo addressed “I am that one member who is not fluent in English, however our fans took time to memorize the lines they want to say to us.”

After seeing such amazing reactions member of P1Harmony Jongseob stated “I think we emitted a great amount of energy to our fans, since we have loud and energetic tracks, that is why so many people love us.”

K-pop boy group P1Harmony which debuted on October of 2020, agreed upon showing something unique and solid to their fans after being in the scene for three years.

Jiung of P1Harmony stated “Through attempting various genres in the near future we would like to find our own unique color that only P1Harmony has.”

Continuing on Theo addressed “We would like to try out various different genre of music,” adding “Artist is at their best when they are performing on stage. Therefore we would like to create a stage where even those who are not fan of P1Harmony wants to come and see.”

“I think the tour has provided us with an opportunity to become more mature, we were bit worried that we had to fill the whole 90 minute period solely by six of us however as the show progressed we found our cool.” Stated Jiung throughout the interview conducted for their fifth mini album.
