NEW YORK, May 4 (Yonhap) -- The exhibition where you can virtually experience BTS' concert was set up at the Chelsea Industrial in Manhattan, New York, on May 3(U.S. Time).

It is an exhibition of realistic contents called "Korea: Cubically Imagined,” which includes the convergence contents that provide immersive experiences close to reality by utilizing technologies, such as virtual reality, augmented reality, and projection mapping.

The event, presented by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism alongside the Korea Creative Content Agency, will showcase a total of 16 realistic contents, including BTS' online concert and contents based on film director Bong Joon-ho's movie "Parasite."

The pre-sales for the New York exhibition, which runs until May 14, is said to have sold out all tickets in 30 minutes.

The event will move to the Korean Cultural Center, Washington D.C. on May 27 and continue until June 9.

In the New York exhibition, contents that provide the experience of entering the living room, basement, and semi-basement of the male lead’s family, which are the symbolic spaces of "Parasite," also drew attention.

Besides popular culture hits, various contents created by Korean artists, media art groups, and the National Museum of Korea are expected to draw the attention of American fans.
