SEOUL, Apr. 13 (Yonhap) -- Pohang Sky Walk, the longest sea walk in Korea with its total length of 463m, is completed in Yeonam district in Pohang.
Pohang city held ceremony for completion on the 13th, and began operating the marine culture factory of Yeonam district, which the city invested 14 billion won starting from December of 2016.
There are yacht mooring facilities, walking trails, and sky walk made out of special glass where visitors can walk on the sea with an average height of 7m.
Going down the stairs from the sky walk, visitors can also enjoy a 1.2m deep seawater pool.
The city will officially start operation in May, after a temporary operation until the end of this month.
