ATBO, which debuted through their first debut album “The Beginning : 開花” returned to the music scene in just three months with their second mini album “The Beginning: 始作” which is considered to be the quickest comebacks among artists.
“This album withholds a meaning of the start of ATBO journey to find themselves after members are done with their individual training.” stated Oh Jun-seok of ATBO during the media showcase of their upcoming second mini album “The Beginning: 始作”
Starting with the title track “Attitude” which members Oh Jun-seok and Bae Hyun-jun participated in writing the lyrics, followed by “Time To Go!” total of six tracks are included within the second mini album.
Title track “Attitude” encompasses the positive energy ATBO withholds, and talks about how we should fully take in our individual uniqueness. Chorography of the title track was produced by Vata from the famous dance team “We Dem Boy.”
“Music video of our title track ‘Attitude’ has a combined concept of Hwarang (Youth Warrior Group from Shilla Dynasty) and the 21st century.” addressed Kim Yeon-kyu throughout the media showcase.
Moreover, “While watching videos of members of Hwarang train, we thought it would be very cool for us to reiterate the topic of Hwarang with ATBO’s uniqueness.” stated Seok Rak-won.
Ryu Jun-min of ABTO who participated in writing the lyrics for “Good Vibes Only” which is included within the second mini album “The Beginning: 始作” stated “As of right now I have a lot more to learn therefore I am about 70 percent satisfied with my work. I would like to train more and learn more and become an idol who can produce great lyrics and composition.”
Rookie K-pop boy group ATBO which consists of Oh Jun-seok, Ryu Jun-min, Jeong Seung-hwan, Kim Yeon-kyu, Bae Hyun-jun, Won Bin, and Seok Rak-won was selected through South Korean broadcasting service MBN’s idol survival program “The Origin – A,B,OR What” in March of 2022.
