SEOUL, Feb. 18 (Yonhap) -- K-pop boy group ONF will make their comeback on Tuesday with their second full-length album "Part.1, ONF: MY IDENTITY," its agency said.
The new album will be released at 6 p.m. via various music streaming platforms. This new album carries the concept of ONF as "dream-chasing travelers" spreading hope, the group's agency, WM Entertainment said.
The title track, The Stranger, is a pop song with a standout funky rhythm and impressive vocals that freely traverse a wide vocal range. The group sings about navigating a tough world with their signature uplifting message, offering a powerful dose of healing energy.
Notably, the track was once again produced by Hwang Hyun, who has been with ONF since their debut. Members MK and Wyatt also participated in the songwriting process, further embedding ONF’s unique musical identity into the track.
The music video, released alongside the song, showcases ONF searching for the identity of "the stranger" while moving between ideals and reality. The cinematic storytelling and visually striking production are expected to captivate fans.
In addition to the title track, the album includes a total of six diverse songs: Night Tale, which sharply and intriguingly portrays feelings of wandering; Nothing but a Stranger (ON Team Ver.), an R&B track by the vocal unit ON Team that conveys unspoken emotions through melody and harmony; and Anti Hero (OFF Team Ver.), a performance unit OFF Team track that showcases vibrant charm through dynamic musical shifts.
Among other tracks are Good Place, a song that offers a brief moment of rest in a busy life; and Collab, a heartfelt message to their fans.
