SEOUL, Jan. 6 (Yonhap) – K-pop powerhouse Seventeen has been awarded the Grand Prize in the album category at the 39th Golden Disc Awards with their mini-album "Spill the Feels."
Marking their 10th debut anniversary, Seventeen received the honor during the ceremony held at the PayPay Dome in Fukuoka, Japan, on Jan. 5. This marks their second consecutive year winning the award in the album category.
Han Sung-soo, Master Professional (MP) of Pledis Entertainment and a key figure behind Seventeen's success, also won the Producer Award.
The Rookie Award was jointly awarded to girl group Babymonster and NCT Wish. The album category ceremony is set to air on Jan. 7.
