Hearts2Hearts to drop prerelease single in collaboration with Pokemon

SEOUL, Sept. 23 (Yonhap) -- K-pop group Hearts2Hearts will release a prerelease single “Pretty Please” on Tuesday in collaboration with the popular Pokemon franchise, their agency SM Entertainment said Tuesday.

The new jack swing-style dance track conveys the excitement and gratitude of having someone who brings joy.

The music video features characters such as Pikachu, Chikorita, Cyndaquil and Totodile, which also appear in the upcoming video game “Pokemon Legends Z-A.” The video will be used in the game’s promotional campaign, according to the agency.

Hearts2Hearts will showcase the song on stage for the first time on KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank” on Sept. 26. The group is set to drop its first mini album “Focus” on Oct. 20.
