SEOUL, May 23 (Yonhap) -- K-pop girl group ILLIT will release their third mini album titled “BOMB” on June 16 at 6 p.m., their agency BELIFT LAB announced on Friday.
The album delivers a message of ILLIT gradually expanding their world through interaction with “you,” reflecting the group’s unique identity and evolving narrative.
The album includes five tracks: the title track “Do the Dance” (translated as “Borrowed Cat”), “Little Monster,” “Jellyous,” “Oops!”, and “Night Picnic.”
The title song draws inspiration from the Korean idiom “like a borrowed cat,” which metaphorically describes feeling tense or awkward in unfamiliar situations.
The album also features upbeat tracks like the fast-paced “Jellyous” and the hook-heavy “Little Monster.”
Ahead of their comeback, ILLIT will hold a fan concert titled “GLITTER DAY” at Olympic Hall in Seoul Olympic Park on June 7–8.
