Starting with this film, I hope different characters stretch out like branches."
Character Jong-doo is wanted by Interpol for first-degree murder and gets arrested in Philippines. After getting on the Frontier Titan, which S. Whenever he appears, provocative scenes such as murder, body exposure, and mocking the dead are displayed. He has only few lines. The actor said, "I wanted to make some thing else other than cruelty."
"I thought about about what I can do as the head of criminal organization. I put on weight by eating five meals a day to give an impression that I can fight well. This was the first time to expose my body. I was not too embarrassed because tattoo stickers covered my body like tights."
The movie was issued for its cruelty at 2022 Toronto International Film Festival. While this is his third movie after "No Breathing" (2013) and "Pipeline" (2021), this is the first time he received attention at an international film festival. Seo In-guk said, "I saw the completed work at the festival and was amazed by people's cheer," adding, "I think people thought blood spattering effect was refreshing."
Seo In-guk compared the story line of the movie to to Quentin Tarantino's work, saying, "I thought such movie could come out form Korea," adding, "I want you to watch the movie with pure mind. I think it would be nice to experience new attempt and the birth of new genre."
