SEOUL,
March 19 (Yonhap) --
The PDRN·NAD+ line goes beyond basic wrinkle care, offering a next-generation anti-aging solution designed to boost skin cell energy and vitality. Reflecting the growing global beauty trend of “slow aging,” the line adopts a “skin longevity” approach aimed at maintaining optimal skin function and long-term skin health.
The key ingredient, NAD+, is known to play a role in cellular energy production and activate sirtuin, a gene associated with aging suppression.
As NAD+-based IV therapies gain popularity among Hollywood celebrities and beauty early adopters, MISSHA said it has incorporated the concept into its skincare formulations. The products also include plant-based PDRN derived from camellia flowers grown in Jeju, a vitamin B complex, and the brand’s proprietary “onggi fermentation” method, offering a multidimensional anti-aging solution targeting dull skin tone and elasticity.
The new lineup consists of three products: “PDRN·NAD+ Renew Peel Shot,” “PDRN·NAD+ Firming Repair Serum,” and “PDRN·NAD+ Firming Repair Cream.” Designed as a step-by-step intensive care routine, the products can be used in sequence — peel shot for skin base reset, serum for elasticity and radiance, and cream for radiance and lifting.
“PDRN·NAD+ Renew Peel Shot” is a wash-off peeling product formulated with high-content complex acids and specialized spicules to refine sebum and dead skin cells, creating a base that enhances serum absorption. Clinical tests showed improvements of 44.32 percent in dead skin cells around pores and 96.59 percent in sebum immediately after use.
“PDRN·NAD+ Firming Repair Serum” contains around 1,500 capsules infused with PDRN and NAD+ that melt into the skin to help restore volume and radiance. “PDRN·NAD+ Firming Repair Cream,” a high-density gel-type formula, helps maintain replenished skin energy, delivering immediate volume, glow and firming lift.
The PDRN·NAD+ line will be officially launched on April 20 through the domestic fashion and beauty platform Musinsa. In May, the company plans to expand global sales through TikTok Shop in the United States.
