SEOUL, April 2 (Yonhap) -- Tiffany Young, a member of Girls’ Generation and a solo artist, has signed an exclusive contract with the Korean branch of Pacific Music Group, an entertainment company founded by pop star Ne-Yo, the agency said Thursday.
PMG Korea said it has recruited Tiffany Young as its first artist.
"I feel very happy and honored to begin a new chapter with PMG as I prepare for my upcoming 10th anniversary solo album and activities," Tiffany Young said. "I look forward to sharing this next chapter with everyone."
"At this point in my career, I am more focused than ever on intention, detail and creating genuine connections with people through the work I create," she added.
PMG is an entertainment company founded by U.S. R&B star Ne-Yo, Indian vocalist Sonu Nigam and Jonathan Serbin, a veteran music industry executive who previously served as co-president of Warner Music Group Asia.
The company recently established its Korean branch and appointed Samuel Ku, an expert in the local music industry, as its chief executive officer.
