SEOUL, Feb. 21 (Yonhap) -- The legendary South Korean band Light and Salt (Park Sung-sik and Jang Ki-ho), whose songs many K-pop bands released their own remake versions of, including "Shampoo Fairy" and "Blue Sky," is planning to hold a concert in commemoration of the band’s 33rd debut anniversary on Feb. 28.
The band, which is known for their iconic AOR/ballads, will hold a gig at Seoul’s Cloud Theater and present a set list that encompasses their legendary songs from the first LP to the sixth latest album.
“We will devote our utmost effort to make sounds that move and stay deep in your hearts at the upcoming concert,” said Jang Ki-ho.
The duo formed the band in 1990 and released five albums up until 1997. After having a 20-year hiatus, the band finally made a return and rolled out their sixth album “Here We Go” in 2022.
