SEOUL, Feb. 27 (Yonhap) -- Red Velvet’s Seulgi is set to release her second solo mini-album, Accidentally on Purpose, on March 10, her agency SM Entertainment announced on Thursday.
The album includes six tracks, including the title song Baby, Not Baby and the B-side Whatever. The album’s title, which translates to “intentional mistake,” reflects Seulgi’s intent to showcase contrasting charms.
The title track is a pop dance song featuring a strong funk bass and electric guitar. It delivers a confident message about being a loving partner while refusing to be seen as innocent or naive.
SM’s lead producer Kenzie participated in writing the lyrics, incorporating Seulgi’s real-life personality into the song.
